1. Determine your head circumference

If you already know your head circumference, you can skip this step.

If not, measure your head circumference with a tape measure or, alternatively, with a string that you then measure with a ruler. The tape measure should be placed snugly around your head at forehead level.

2. Choose your riding model in the Hat-Line online shop

When ordering, please specify your head circumference under "Size".

3. Production & Shipping of Your Custom Riding Model

Once we have received your order, your Hat-Line riding model will be manufactured in Austria.
It consists of a 3D-printed shell with a hand-finished surface. After quality control, your product will be carefully packaged and shipped.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Beneath the classic western hat design lies an integrated multi-layer construction.

The inner shell is designed to provide structural stability while maintaining wearing comfort. A soft inner padding enhances comfort, even during longer rides.
