1. Determine your head circumference

If you already know your head circumference, you can skip this step.

If not, measure your head circumference with a tape measure or, alternatively, with a string that you then measure with a ruler. The tape measure should be placed snugly around your head at forehead level.

2. Choose your riding model in the Hat-Line online shop

Browse our shop and choose your favorite Western-style riding model.

When ordering, please specify your head circumference under "Size".

If you are unsure, you can always contact us at shop@hat-line.com – we will be happy to help you with your selection.

3. Production & Shipping of Your Custom Riding Model

Once we have received your order, your Hat-Line riding model will be manufactured in Austria.
It consists of a 3D-printed shell with a hand-finished surface. After quality control, your product will be carefully packaged and shipped.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Unter dem klassischen Westernhut befindet sich eine mehrschichtige Innenkonstruktion. Die einzelnen Komponenten werden passend zum jeweiligen Hutmodell zusammengefügt.

Integrierte Innenschale

Die Innenschale sorgt für Stabilität der Form und ist Teil des mehrteiligen Aufbaus.

Zusätzliche Dämpfungsschicht

Zwischen Schale und Innenpolster befindet sich eine zusätzliche Dämpfungsschicht.

Angenehmes Innenpolster

Das Innenpolster liegt direkt am Kopf und sorgt auch bei längeren Ausritten für ein angenehmes Tragegefühl.

Precision 3D printing

The base of each shell is manufactured using a 3D-printing process. This allows the shape to be produced consistently and adapted to the respective riding model.

Cushioning insert

Integrated cushioning insert

A specially developed cushioning insert is fitted inside the shell. It complements the multi-layered construction and contributes to a comfortable fit.

Felt surface

Soft felt surface

A high-quality felt layer completes the internal construction. It rests against the head and creates a soft, clean finish.
