How do I measure my head?
Nein.
Unsere Reitmodelle wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen der EN 1384:2017 entwickelt. Es liegt jedoch keine offizielle Zertifizierung oder Prüfung durch den TÜV oder eine andere Prüfstelle vor.
Daher gelten unsere Produkte ausdrücklich nicht
als zertifizierte Reithelme.
How do I receive my fitting rings?
Our fitting rings are shipped the day after your order is received. Delivery should take no longer than 5 business days.
Can the shell system also be integrated into my own hat?
Unfortunately not, as our system requires a certain amount of space and would usually be too large for an existing hat.
Return policy
Standard products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If there are fitting issues, we offer one free adjustment. Additional modifications may be subject to a charge.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does delivery take?
Custom-made products:
Delivery time is approximately 40 days after all measurements have been fully submitted. Production begins only once all required information has been received. Express production is available on request.
Standard products:
Delivery time corresponds to the duration stated in the ordering process.
Standards
Our riding models have been developed with reference to the requirements of EN:1384:2017.
However, there is currently no official certification or testing by TÜV or any other certification body.
Therefore, our products are not certified riding helmets.
